Indemnification/Immunity from Civil Liability:

In utilizing the Remote Video Inspection program, the Client agrees to assume all risk of personal injury, including death and damage to personal property sustained during the Inspection and release the City of Cape Coral, as well as its officials, officers, agents, volunteers, and employees, from any and all liability for any injury, death or damages whatsoever, suffered by the Client during the duration of the Inspection, whether by negligence or otherwise. I further agree to indemnify the City of Cape Coral, any of its officers, agents and/or assigns from and against any and all actions, suits, claims, demands, causes of action, proceedings, losses, costs and expenses in any way arising out of, or relating to or connected with, either directly or indirectly, the Remote Video Inspection.

We reserve the right to determine during the Remote Video Inspection that a site visit will be required for the inspection to be completed. If for any reason the Inspector is not able to complete the inspection via Remote Video Inspection, every effort will be made to route a field inspector to complete the inspection the same day. If this is not possible, the inspector will schedule a field inspection for the next business day.
